Cancellation Policy

We are a small destination motel.  Trout Montana is minutes from the legendary Missouri River that offers famous “Blue Ribbon Fishing.”  Due to the fact that our motel is in high demand, we want to ensure that people who want to be here get to stay here.  This is why we have a strict booking/cancellation policy.  As soon as we take your reservation a deposit of 50% of the total will confirm your reservation.  We accept most major credit cards.  If for any reason you must cancel your reservation the following policy is important to note.  If we can re-book the room, we will return your deposit minus the credit card fee that we are charged.  If we are unable to re-book the room we keep the deposit.  We recommend that you protect yourself from any last minute changes, cancellations or any other unforeseen circumstances.  These may include weather, drought, fire, or any other natural causes.
